Abstract

Fregola sarda (rolled balls of semolina), a specialty of Sardinia, is cooked with saffron (grown on the island) with a luxe mix of seafood. 

Invite friends and family over for a dinner and movie night. This is the epitome of a big night in. After the table is cleared, pour some more wine and settle in for a film.
