Kaiserschmarrn

The Austrian dish known as Kaiserschmarrn is normally prepared as a pancake, but here celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck takes things up a notch by serving the dessert as a soufflé instead. Lighter, fluffier and more refined than the original, it's toppped with strawberry sauce.
