Abstract

Babka means cake and it comes in many types. I met up with chef Jarek Nowakowski who has worked in many Michelin stared restaurants in Europe. He returned to Poland and set up a very contemporary patisserie called Odettes. Here he shares his recipe for Babka, a non-yeasted sponge cake.
