Salt fish balls

Salt fish is an absolute staple in the Caribbean kitchen and it was brought there by the Portuguese. My grandmother was from Barbados but also half Portuguese and at Christmas she always made the most wonderful little salt fish balls as a little appetiser before the main meal.
