Christmas bundt cake

The tin used to make this cake is a modern take on a classic bundt tin, but you can use either a regular bundt tin, a small kugelhopf tin or a plain tube tin. Just make sure whatever tin you use is very well greased. This cake is gorgeous served with a cheese board.
