In a mixing bowl, combine dressing ingredients and stir until the sugar dissolves. Set aside for 10 minutes (this will allow the flavours to infuse).In a large mixing bowl, combine the lichen, tree beard, coriander, chilli flakes and dressing. Toss well and transfer to a serving platter.
